Data Deletion Request
You can request that we delete the personal information we hold about you. This includes details submitted through our website quote forms or received via Facebook and Messenger.
1. Email your request
Send a deletion request to admin@northernsynergygroup.com.au from the email address or phone number associated with your enquiry. Include your full name and the service you asked about so we can locate your record.
2. Verification and processing
We will verify your identity against the information we hold and confirm receipt of your request. Verified requests are typically processed within 30 days.
3. What we delete
Once verified, we delete or de-identify your enquiry record, contact details, uploaded photos, job notes and any associated Messenger/Facebook lead data from our dashboard and connected systems.
4. Exceptions
We may need to retain certain records where required by law, for warranty claims, or to defend a legal claim. If this applies, we will let you know what information must be kept and why.
Submit a request
Email us directly to start the deletion process. We will respond to confirm receipt and let you know once your data has been removed.
